  • What is NET10 International Neighbors?

    NET10 International Neighbors service allows you to obtain AT NO CHARGE three Mexican phone numbers, which your family and friends in those countries can dial to reach you at your NET10 phone in the United States, without them paying for an international long distance call.

  • What do I need to use NET10 International Neighbors service?

    You need to fill out and submit the basic information requested about your NET10 phone on the NET10 International Neighbors page, then follow the instructions to obtain up to three Mexican phone numbers. Do not forget to provide these phone numbers to family and friends in Mexico, so that you can receive their phone calls on your NET10 phone. Note: You must have registered your NET10 phone to our International Long Distance service prior to using this service. Please refer to the NET10 International Long Distance section on this site to register FREE your phone.

    You can delete and/or add up to three Mexican phone numbers at any time by following the same instructions provided above. It is important to maintain your NET10 service active, because if your phone is deactivated you will loose the assigned NET10 International Neighbors numbers; once you reactivate your NET10 service you can obtain new NET10 International Neighbors numbers, different from those previously assigned.

    NET10 International Neighbors service provides you up to three Mexican phone numbers at no extra cost, and your NET10 phone will be deducted the same minutes as if you were on a regular call. Isn’t it wonderful? No more international long distance charges!

  • Can my family and friends use the NET10 International Neighbors phone numbers to call me at other cell phones or landlines?
    No. The NET10 International Neighbors service is only available to NET10 Wireless customers. Calls made using NET10 International Neighbors service are routed only to your NET10 phone.

  • Is there an additional cost for this service?

    No, there is no additional cost. The same minutes deducted for a regular call will be deducted when receiving an international long distance call using NET10 International Neighbors service. Even better, without your family and friends in Mexico paying for an international long distance call !

  • Do I have to provide my personal contact information or credit card?

    No. With NET10 International Neighbors service, no contracts are required, no accounts, no credit checks and no credit card requirements. You just need to obtain (at no cost) the NET10 International Neighbors phone numbers through our web site, and provide them to family and friends in Mexico to call you at your NET10 phone in the Unites States.

  • From what international locations can the calls be made?

    The international calls can originate only from Mexico at the moment, using the NET10 International Neighbors phone numbers you can obtain through this web site AT NO CHARGE.

  • Can I receive international calls on my NET10 cell phone when I am outside of the United States?

    No. NET10 cell phones don’t work outside of the United States, Puerto Rico or the U.S. Virgin Islands.

  • What happens if the assigned NET10 International Neighbors phone numbers are used by people other than my family and friends in Mexico? Will I be able to retrieve my minutes?

    NET10 Wireless doesn't credit minutes for international calls you receive on your NET10 phone. The information about your NET10 phone (phone number and IMEI/Serial Number) is unique, and so you will be in complete control over who should be given an assigned NET10 International Neighbors phone number. We suggest you to provide these phone numbers only to people you would like to call you. You can delete a NET10 International Neighbors phone number, and have a new one assigned to your NET10 phone at any time.

  • I have a TracFone. Can I use NET10 International Neighbors with my TracFone cell phone?

    No. TracFone clients can use TracFone International Neighbors service. TracFone International Neighbors service is a different service than NET10 International Neighbors.

  • What is the difference between NET10 International Neighbors and NET10 International Long Distance?

    NET10 International Long Distance is a FREE service that allows you to make calls to over 60 international destinations from your NET10 phone in the U.S., at a cost of a regular call plus 5 cents per minute. Note: In order to obtain your FREE NET10 International Neighbors numbers you must first register FREE to our NET10 International Long Distance service, so that you can make and/or receive international long distance calls.

    NET10 International Neighbors is a service that allows you to obtain AT NO CHARGE three Mexican phone numbers, which your family and friends (in those countries) can dial, and you will receive those calls directly at your NET10 phone in the United States. With NET10 International Neighbors your family and friends in Mexico won't pay international long distance charges, and you will pay just a regular call.

    It is important to maintain your NET10 service active, because if your phone is deactivated you will lose the assigned NET10 International Neighbors numbers; once you reactivate your NET10 service you can obtain new NET10 International Neighbors numbers, different from those previously assigned. It is easy to maintain your NET10 service active, just buy and add a new airtime card before the next service due date displayed on your NET10 phone.

  • Can I receive International calls on my NET10 phone while I am roaming? What is the additional cost?

    Yes, you can receive international calls made through the NET10 International Neighbors numbers while your NET10 phone is in roaming. The same minute deduction will apply as when in roaming within the United States. Regular roaming charges will apply when receiving long distance or international.
