Smart Direct Inward Dialing (DID)
In today's world, many of your end-users may live internationally or travel frequently. With Smart DID, you can assign end-users' phones with multiple phone numbers from various countries so their long-distance contacts can reach them via local phone calls. With each call, the local phone service recognizes the destination number as an Auris network number and patches it through, leaving Auris to handle the rest. The callers pay their regular local rates even though they are connecting to your end-users across borders or oceans. Available in 47 countries.

SMS Call Back
With SMS Call Back, your end-users can send text messages to an SMS access number that requests the Mobilexpert platform to call them back at any number they wish and connect them to a desired destination number. Online Webcall
Similar to SMS Call Back, your end-users can send an Online Webcall via the Internet that requests the Mobilexpert platform to call them back at any number they wish.
